1. look at aluminum:

Do you think the thicker the aluminum, the better? If you want to make aluminum material not easy to deform and dissipate heat well, you must choose a moderate thickness. You cannot say that you just want the thicker the aluminum material, the better. In addition, if the thinner the aluminum material of the line lamp, is the better the heat dissipation? The thinner the aluminum material, the worse the heat dissipation, and it is easy to squeeze and deform during installation, so it is not necessary to cut corners! In addition, there is a problem of cost performance. If you want to have a high cost performance, the materials used by manufacturers must be controlled quite well.

2. to see the selection of circuit board:

Is the aluminum substrate sure to be better than the glass fiber board? Indeed, the good quality of the line lamp, most of the aluminum substrate is used as the circuit board of the light source. Glass fiber board is also good or bad, even better than the quality of aluminum substrate, as long as the stability of play, whether it is aluminum substrate or glass fiber board, they are good circuit board.

3. to see the glue:

The serious yellowing phenomenon of LED line lamps after one year is due to the poor glue materials. There are many inferior glue sold in the name of waterproof PU glue on the market, which has poor waterproof performance and is easy to yellow and darken. Similarly, the price of waterproof PU glue is far from that of normal PU glue, basically the price difference is more than double.

4. to see waterproof plug:

The market for LED is really large. Every year at the beginning of the year, customers will consult once: "Is there a new price this year?" Some manufacturers will reduce their materials under this pressure. However, some manufacturers have lowered their profits to maintain their original customers. Waterproof plugs are also cheap, but relatively poor in conductivity, poor in waterproof performance, and easy to cause leakage due to water ingress, basically, the square head four-core plug is also very good. Although its price is high, the overall stability can reach 99% waterproof, and the 1% may not be tightly inserted.
